The Intersection of Tech and Law
Anthony F. Anise is not your traditional attorney. He is a strategist, an technical analyst, and a relentless advocate. By combining the precision of his aviation experience as a pilot with the analytical power of his technical expertise as a programmer, Anthony brings a unique, data-driven perspective to criminal defense.
Forged in the Fire
Anthony began his career in the trenches of the 17th Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office. In an environment where attorneys manage hundreds of cases simultaneously, there is no room for error. It was here that Anthony honed his ability to make split-second decisions and identify dismissal opportunities that others miss.
During his tenure, he earned the "Hat Trick Award" from the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for winning five consecutive jury trials—a rare feat that speaks to his command of the courtroom. To date, he has handled thousands of criminal cases across South Florida.
A Philosophy of "Risk Mitigation"
"My first goal is to give clients hope, tempered with reality," says Anthony. "We don't just fight charges; we manage the risk to your case, your life, and your career."
